Stevie Monteiro came to the Access Psychology Foundation with nearly 10 years of non-profit experience. She has worked in fundraising and development, government relations and advocacy, donor stewardship, and event planning in the non-profit workspace with most of her experience earned in community health centers serving individuals who otherwise wouldn’t be able to receive healthcare. Her drive lies in the ability for non-profit work to impact the lives of those who need it most, and the make a real change in society as a whole by uplifting and supporting vulnerable populations.

Prior to joining APF, Stevie worked at Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants, APF’s parter organization, as a Client Services Coordinator. There she was introduced to APF’s mission and joined the team as the Operations Manager on a part-time schedule. Her overlap between APF and CBC is an asset to both teams as she is able to provide useful insight into projects and programs with all information available.

Stevie graduated from Elizabethtown College in Lancaster, PA in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and holds an Associates Degree in Psychology. When she’s not at APF, you can probably find Stevie baking for her friends and neighbors, out for a walk along the beach, or at the dog park with her Jack Russell, Archie!
