Rick serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Clarfeld | Citizens Private Wealth, overseeing all aspects of the business, including investment management, comprehensive estate and financial planning, tax planning and compliance, insurance and asset protection, concierge family office services, trust advisory as well as traditional private banking lending and deposit services.
In this role, he drives the vision for the business, including leading a team of more than 175 employees and supporting sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Rick’s strategic direction sets the tone for his team of credentialed advisors, tax and estate specialists and investment professionals.
Having joined Clarfeld in 1996 as a Certified Financial Planner, Rick has worked hand in hand with the firm’s clients for decades, creating organization and structure to support the company’s evolution and contributing meaningfully to helping the business grow to more than $11B of assets under management and advisement.
Rick serves on the Board of Directors for Bretton Woods Committee, where he is also Chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and is a member of the New York Economic Club. Rick lives in Westchester County with his family. He received a B.A. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from Pace University.
