David W. Bonito is a seasoned senior business leader and board advisor with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, complexity, and change. He currently serves as a Principal at DB Capital Advisory, an independent financial advisory firm specializing in advising boards and executive leadership teams.
Previously, David was a Senior Partner at EY Parthenon and co leader of EY’s U.S. and East Region Strategy and Transactions Industrials Sector groups. In those roles, he advised boards, CEOs, and senior management teams on complex strategic initiatives, including risk oversight, rigorous due diligence, partnership and transaction strategy, governance, financial stewardship, and long term value creation across a wide range of industries and global markets.
David brings a disciplined financial perspective as an audit committee financial expert, strong boardroom presence, and a deep belief that accessible, compassionate mental health care is foundational to healthy individuals, families, and communities.
